Dr. Josef Kaiblinger

Dr. Josef Kaiblinger has been working as an attorney in Gunskirchen since 1989.
After studying and receiving his doctorate in legal studies from the Paris-Lodron University in Salzburg in 1984, he worked as a legal trainee at the regional court of Wels and as a trainee lawyer in law firms in Vöcklabruck and Vienna.
In 1988 he successfully passed the Austrian legal bar exam at the Supreme Regional Court in Linz.
Mag. Jürgen Prummer, LL.B.

After completing his legal studies with a focus on corporate law at the Keppler University in Linz, Mr. Jürgen Prummer completed his internship at the regional court in Wels. Afterward, he gained one and a half years of experience as a trainee in a commercial law firm in Linz.
Since November 2015, he has worked as a trainee in our law firm and in April 2016, he completed his second degree in business law with a focus on tax law at Keppler University.
He successfully passed the bar exam in May 2017 with the rating “very good” and has been a registered lawyer since 2019.
Mag. Helene Kaiblinger

After her studies at the University of Vienna and her court practice at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna, Helene Kaiblinger first completed the trainee program of the Federation of Austrian Industries and then switched to the Federal Civil Service.
After working in various ministries – most recently as head of department at the Ministry of Labor – her desire to pass the bar exam initially brought her to two law firms in Vienna, where she gained in-depth insight into public procurement law at FSM Rechtsanwälte and extensive knowledge in the field of family law at HHLE Rechtsanwälte.
Helene Kaiblinger has been working at the Kaiblinger law firm since March 2023 and passed successfully her bar exam at the Linz Higher Regional Court on February 27, 2024.
Mag. Paul Kaiblinger, BA

Paul Kaiblinger has been working for our law firm since 2014.
After completing his legal studies and obtaining his legal diploma at the University of Vienna in 2014, he completed his legal practice at the regional court and district court of Wels.
Paul Kaiblinger also completed a second degree in sinology at the University of Vienna.
This degree was combined with a two-year study abroad program at Yunnan University in Kunming, China.
He also completed an internship at the Austrian Consulate in Shanghai and at the law firm “Wu-Scharsig” in Hong Kong.
In addition to English, he also speaks and writes Mandarin (Chinese).
He successfully passed the bar exam in May 2019 and has been a registered lawyer since 2020.
He manages the branch office of the Kaiblinger law firm in Vienna.
Dr. Gabriele Kaiblinger

Dr. Gabriele Kaiblinger has been working as a legal assistant for our law firm since 1992.
After completing her legal studies at the Paris-Lodron University in Salzburg and graduating in 1984, she worked as a legal trainee at the regional court of Wels. The internship was followed by a training period in a tax consulting firm in Wels.
